Nathan Greenberg

PhD Candidate

Nathan joined the IPA laboratory in 2019 after graduating from DePauw University where he studied Biochemistry and Kinesiology. He completed a Master’s degree in the laboratory in 2021 and is currently pursuing a PhD. Nathan was awarded an NIH F31 Individual Fellowship to study the role of the human gut microbiome in modulating age-associated aortic stiffening which is an independent predictor of future cardiovascular diseases and mortality in older adults. Outside of the lab, Nathan enjoys spending his time hiking and skiing. Nathan is also a graduate assistant coach with the University of Colorado Men’s Lacrosse team.
