Sophie Powell

Sophie graduated from CU Boulder with a B.A. in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology and a dance minor. After graduation, she worked in two part-time academic research labs and now works as a Professional Research Assistant in the IPA lab, coordinating the Heat Therapy Trial. She is hoping to go to graduate school in the near future, studying the neuroscience of chronic pain. Outside of work, Sophie spends much of her time dancing, skiing, hiking, climbing, and doing yoga.
